Guided Contrast Therapy Session

Reset your body and mind with our professionally guided Contrast Therapy experience—a restorative wellness ritual designed to leave you feeling refreshed, energised, and deeply relaxed.

During this 50-minute session, you'll be guided through three carefully timed cycles of heat and cold, alternating between the soothing warmth of the sauna and the invigorating cold plunge. Throughout the experience, our facilitator will lead you through simple, effective breathing techniques to help you stay calm, regulate your nervous system, and maximise the benefits of each transition.

To support your recovery and hydration, your session also includes:

What to Bring & Prepare

To help you get the most from your session, we recommend:

  • Arriving 10 minutes before your booked session.
  • Wearing your swimwear underneath your clothes so you're ready to begin.
  • Bringing a towel, water bottle, and a warm layer for afterwards.
  • A Dry robe (or similar changing robe), flip-flops or Crocs are ideal for moving comfortably between the sauna and cold plunge.
  • Leaving jewellery at home where possible, as metal can become extremely hot in the sauna and may be uncomfortable or unsafe to wear.
